Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to identify trends and insights
Support process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation
Prepare reports, Dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Collaboration with cross – functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Product )

Required Qualification

Currently purposing or recently completed a degree in Business information systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Preferred skills ( Nice to Have )
Exposure to Agile or waterfall methodologies
Familiarity with requirements documentation ( BRD, FRD, user stories )
Basic understanding of data visualization tools
Internship or academic project experience related to analytics or business processes
